International Organization for Migration
International Organization for Migration has launched a pilot stage of the Return Of Qualified Afghans Programme (IOM-RQA) with a view to boost rehabilitation efforts in the post-conflict Afghanistan through the progressive transfer of know-how of Afghan expatriate professionals to the socio-economic sector and administrative functions in their home country.

Placements of expatriate nationals will focus on the vacant positions requiring skills, qualifications and expertise in country's government affairs, jurisprudence, reconstruction, health, education, telecommunication technology, finance and other sectors where the local skills are not available.

Particular attention will be given to the recruitment of qualified women to work in the fields essential for recovery, modernization and rapid development. RQA intends to aim at a wider range of professions that can contribute to Afghanistan's recovery, reconstruction and development, and will be operating worldwide. Afghan professionals are encouraged to apply with RQA for the placement in key positions for short and long-term.
